Classic Cocktails

Banana Daiquiri

Blend with ice until smooth, Serve in Hurricane glass, Garnish with fresh fruit

1 oz. Rum 3/4 oz. CrFme de Banana Splash of Sour mix Dash of simple syrup 1 Banana

Blue Martini

Shake well with ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

1 1/2 oz. Gin 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

Chi Chi

Blend with crushed ice; Serve in a hurricane, Garnish with fresh pineapple

  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • Pina Colada mix
  • Splash of cream

Cosmopolitan

Shake with ice, Serve up in a chilled Cocktail glass, Garnish with a Lime wedge or Lemon twist

  • 4 parts Absolut Citron
  • 2 parts Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 1 part Lime juice
  • 2 parts Cranberry juice

Creamsicle

Shake with ice & serve up in a Champagne glass, Substitute ice cream for a frozen variation

  • 1 1/2 oz. Grand Mariner
  • 1 1/2 oz. Galliano
  • Splash of Cream
  • Orange Juice & Grenadine

Dirty Martini

Stir over ice, Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gin
  • Olive juice

Egg Nog

Beat egg yolks well, add granulated sugar, liqueur, slowly add enough whipping cream to make a pale yellow color, Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar, & fold into the mixture.

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/ 2 pint Rum
  • 1/2 pint Brandy
  • 2 pints Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 6 Tbs. powdered sugar
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar

Hot Buttered Rum

In a mug or pewter tankard, add spices and rum. Fill with Cider & float Butter in top.

  • 1 Lemon Twist
  • 1 Stick of Cinnamon
  • 1 Clove
  • Boiling Cider
  • 2 oz. Rum and a Pat of Butter

Hot Toddies

In a mug, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and your liquor choice. Fill with hot water, garnish with an orange or lemon twist.

  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Boiling Water
  • 1 1/4 oz. Brandy
  • Bourbon or Choice of Liquor

Irish Coffee

Pour coffee over Irish whiskey & Kahlua, Top with whipped cream, Dribble green creme de Menthe over whipped cream

  • 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Kahlua
  • Coffee
  • Whipped Cream
  • Green Creme de Menthe

Mai Tai

Shake with ice, Serve in Hurricane glass or Add extra juice & blend with crushed ice for a frozen variation

  • 1 oz. Rum
  • 3/4 oz. each: Triple Sec & Creme de Noyaux
  • Sour Mix
  • Grenadine

Margarita

Shake with ice, Serve on the rocks or Strain to serve up in a Salt rimmed glass, Add more juice & blend with crushed ice for Frozen variation, Garnish with a Lime wedge or Lime wheel

  • 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. Triple Sec (or Cointreau)
  • Splash of Sour Mix & Dash of Lime Juice

Mimosa

In Champagne saucer or Flute, Fill about 1/4 with orange juice, Fill rest with chilled Champagne, Garnish with an Orange wheel

  • Champagne
  • Orange Juice

Pina Colada

Shake with ice & Serve in a Hurricane or decorative glass, Blend with ice cream for frozen variation, Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge &/or a cherry

  • 1 1/4 oz. Rum
  • Splash each of Cream of Coconut & Pineapple Juice

Spritzer

Fill Tall or Collins glass with ice, Fill 3/4 with Wine, and Fill rest with soda, Garnish with a twist

  • Choice of Wine
  • Soda

The International Cocktail

1. Fill a mixing glass half full of ice cubes. Pour in the whiskey, sherry, and bitters and stir until well blended and chilled. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass.

2. Light a match and hold it about 3 inches above the surface of the drink. Take the orange peel and carefully twist it between the thumb and forefinger of your other hand. The oils from the peel will ignite and fall to the surface of the drink.

  • 2 ounces Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Dry Sack Sherry
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 strip of orange peel
  • about 1/2 inch wide and 2 and 1/2 inches long

Vodka Martini

Stir over ice & Serve on the rocks or Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass, Garnish with a spear of Olives, *For a Dry Martini, omit vermouth & Garnish with a Twist

  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Vermouth*
