Almond Moo
Beat the blues and moo until the cows come home with this espresso sweetie
Pour 3/4 oz almond syrup. Add espresso. Fill with foamed/steamed milk. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Iced Cafe a l'Orange
Beat Summer Heat with this cool coffee concoction
In a blender combine equal parts (about half a glass each) of cold black coffee and orange sherbet. When smooth, pour mixture into a glass while drizzling a tablespoon of double cream through it.
Serve with a straw.
Rasberry Rickey
Pucker up for this sweet tart.
Over ice, pour 1 and 1/4 oz raspberry syrup and 3/4 oz lime syrup. Fill with soda water. Splash with lime syrup.
White Angel Punch (Non-Alcoholic)
Chill all ingredients. Mix everything but the Club Soda and pour over a block of ice. Add the Club Soda and stir gently. Garnish with Lemon and Orange slices.
