Anniversary Punch

In large punch bowl, mix all but ginger ale and Sherbert together making sure sugar is dissolved. Add Ginger Ale and Sherbert just before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries, orange & pineapple slices.

  • 1 Qt. Whiskey
  • 2 Cups Orange juice
  • 1 Cup Pineapple juice
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon juice
  • 2 Liters Ginger Ale
  • 1 Pint Pineapple and 1 Pint Orange Sherbert

Bombay Punch

Chill all ingredients. Embed Punch bowl in a larger bowl filled with crushed ice. Mix all ingredients. Do not add ice to this punch. Garnish with fresh fruits.

  • 1 Quart Brandy
  • 1 Quart Sherry
  • 4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 Cup Orange Curacao
  • 2 Quarts Club Soda
  • 4 Bottles Champagne

Bride's Bowl

Dissolve Sugar with Pineapple, Lemon Juice, and Pineapple Juice. Add the Brandy & Rum. Chill. Just before serving add a block of ice, Club Soda, and Strawberries.

  • 2 Cups Fresh Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
  • 1 1/2 Cups Peach Brandy
  • 1 1/2 Quart White Rum
  • 2 Quarts Club Soda
  • 1 Pint Fresh Sliced Strawberries

Caribbean Punch

In a 2-gallon punch bowl, mix ingredients. Add mold or block of ice. Garnish with lemon, orange and/or lime slices.

  • 1 Fifth Red Wine
  • 1 Fifth Whiskey
  • 2 Cups Rum
  • 2 Oz. Benedictine
  • 3/4 Cup Apricot Brandy
  • 3/4 Cup Triple Sec
  • 3 Cups Orange juice
  • 2 Cups Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Fruit

Christmas Sparkle Punch

Mix all in Punch Bowl over ice, Add Champagne just before serving

  • 1/2 Cup each of Pineapple & Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 Cup of Triple Sec
  • 1 Cup of Brandy
  • 1/3 Cup of Grenadine
  • 1 Bottle of White Wine & 2 Bottles of Champagne

Diamond Punch

In small punch bowl, mix first ingredients together, add molded ice ring or ice block (Frozen juice works nicely in this recipe, and sherbert may be added for a more festive recipe). Garnish with fresh raspberries or seasonal fruit.

  • 2 Bottles Champagne
  • 1/2 Cup Chambord
  • 1/2 Cup Orange juice
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon and Limejuice

Happy Hour Punch

In large punch bowl, mix first ingredients together, Add Champagne and ice mold just before serving. Garnish orange slices.

Note: Ice mold of Pineapple juice with chunks is really nice in this punch.

  • 1 Qt. Southern Comfort
  • 1 Cup Pineapple juice
  • 1 Cup Grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon juice
  • 4 Bottles Champagne

Kahlua Punch

Chill all ingredients. Mix Kahlua, Apple Juice Concentrate and Lemon Juice and pour over ice cubes. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with Lemon and Orange slices.

  • 2 Cups Kahlua
  • 1 12 oz. can Frozen Apple Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Bottle of Sparkling Apple Juice
  • 1 Quart of Lemon Lime Soda
  • 750 ml Dry Champagne

Sangria

Thinly slice fruits, Combine with Wine & sugar & options, Refrigerate overnight. Mix with Club Soda just before serving.

  • 1 large Bottle of Dry Red or White Wine
  • 1 Tbs. Sugar
  • 1 Orange
  • Lemon & Lime
  • 1 Qt. Club Soda (Optional additions are; 1 oz. Brandy
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • Pineapple slices or Maraschino cherries)

Tequila Sunset Punch

Mix all tequila, orange juice and lemon-lime soda together. Chill. Add Sherbert just before serving and drizzle grenadine over the top

  • 1 Qt. Tequila
  • 2 Qt. Orange Juice
  • 2 liter lemon-lime soda
  • 1 Pint Orange Sherbert
  • 1/4 Cup Grenadine
